A bit story of Life to Life Training Center
There are some people who assume Life to Life Discipleship Training Center as An Orphanage Center. Actually not! Life to Life Discipleship Training Center is the center of training and nurturing people who have to serve God. That's why i explained herein.We published a book in order that the parents of trainees and those who want to know would realize about the training and its activities. Praise be to God forever!Amen

Life to Life Discipleship Training is founded and implementing by God's chosen Pastor Solomon, Church Pastor at Galilee Evangelical Baptist Church. Galilee Evangelical Baptist Church stands as an associate church of Kayin Baptist Church. Not only churches in Yangon Division, but in other Divisions and States around Myanmar, Pastor Solomon greatly spreads his ministry of Training especially based on Salvation and Christian Life.
In Yangon, 30 days training of Discipleship & Bible Study holds once a year. This training is held for the ministers and those who will serve the Lord.
Background
In my lifetime, i never dreamed to do Discipleship Training. I thought it's required a lot of things to manage: buildings, information, partnership, and trainees etc. The time i began to implement it, there's more important vision God wanted me to do first than the above required is ' the Great Commission'. To make disciples. I myself felt like changing and growing since i walked in line with it.
One day in a discipleship training opening, Saya Noah Aong Mint addressed as ' We do not need many people, better with 8, 10 people, rather we need God lead us'. It was the first message that i heard and touched my heart. Meanwhile, though i didn't agee with, i kept in mind. Later, i realized that discipleship training has important role in ministry and it benefit. I started for training in church with 4 people. By God's grace, three of them had completed their 4 years study and have been taking part in ministry until today. Some of my familiar partners and relatives frequently urged me to monitor orphanage boarders. But i was not enthusiastic actually and i answered God wants me to serve in church. One day, my spiritual father Saya Samuel Thein rang me and said '4 days training was planned and you had to attend.' When i reached at the training of making discipleship, God showed me His amazing plans; greatly inspired and enlightened me with the title ' Life to Life Discipleship '. My attention was caught up in his powerful speech.
Life to Life is a method of illustrating 'through one's life which connects and relates with another one'.It includes not only knowledge and efficiency but eagerness of heart and is more broadened than transmitting principles & objectives. So , i had a decision for Life to Life Training. Yet, i had no ideas how to do. I prayed daily. God revealed me the plans in details including the purpose. However, i was still worried about to begin it and praying to get an exact witness from God. Four months later, i received the witness. But still confronting challenges and difficulties.
Challenges
(1) Whom to train?
(2) Which age will be trained?
(3) Where will they be stayed?
(4) How to feed them?
(5) Who will be enrolled?
(6) How to solve any problems?
(7) Can really be long-suffering?
(8) How to react on parents' critic because of training?
(9) How to take care when they are sick?
Difficulties
(1) Some said they are silly.
(2) Can't feed. So, on shame.
(3) Will not be convenient for staying.
(4) Will not stand firm without sponsorship
(5) They do because of getting dollars and sponsors
(6) They do the way others do
(7) It required governmental permission
(8) How to nurture or train and how to manage? so and so fort. There were challenges and difficulties.
Second time God talks
Amid of such challenges and difficulties God talked to me again and asked ' You do it because you think it's good or you have money? Or because you have sponsor? Because some requested you to do? For people's acceptance? God questioned in my mind. I had decided right away. Because God told to do. God uncovered His plans in details to nurture and train those who join Grade-9 to 10 in school, in accordance with four principles:
Principles
(1) To transform their life and able to examine the Word of God correctly. To live practically in accordance with the Word of God.
(2) To be educated.
(3) To be those who serve everywhere they reach(in churches, in any ministry)
(4) To be those who change the modern age.
God showed me the above principles. Deciding to begin the training with six or seven people, God sent His servant Saya Amos to me after showing the purpose, principles in details. Saya Amos requested me to call the trainees from his village. I thanked to God. Agreed with Saya Amos, the training began with Lisu ethnic on 20.5.2015.
My Testimony
The day before the trainees arrival, i had only one thousand kyats. I had no idea how to work out. I prayed all night along with three brothers, a couple who converted from drugs addiction and Saya Moonlight.
Midnight at 12:00 peace in my mind. When the dawn came, four thousand kyats contributed. A few minutes later, a sack of rice, a bottle of oil arrived. I wondered that happenened for me and it made me enough of my teardrops to thank to God. In such way, God provides us daily food until today and my ministry stands.
What is Life to Life Discipleship?
It's way of nurturing and caring such as in ' relationship, fellowship, lovelihood, studying the word of God, long-suffering, loyalty, analyzing, sharing the characteristics Christ wants us to bring in life and practically living.'
The believers(trainees) in Life to Life Discipleship Ministry are not only being Christ's disciples but are chosen to make others disciples.
We have a great vision through Life to Life Discipleship training that the trainess may improve their knowledge about the word of God and to be changed. Not only so, they may be ideal and effective leaders more strongly equipped than the trainers.
Characteristics trainees should keep
1. Thirst of growth
2. Obedience mind
3. Knowing God chose us for His wonders of name
4. Knowing and recognizing difficulties as God-given opportunity for conquest
5. Not because of teaching and knowledge, but because of the will of God and the Truth, the trainees must confess and believe i will become a changer of the world
Future Vision
1. (7) ethnics in Myanmar will be trained within 21 years. Because each ethnic is enrolled for three years; complete study.
2. Those who finished their study intends to serve in ministry wherever they reach; in evangelical ministry, in churches, in mission fields, and to join hands with us for our ministry around Myanmar.
3. To defend believers from heretic doctrines & controversies around Myanmar and prove it according to the Word of God.
4. To make many faithful ministers.
5. To cultivate those who will hold the training of making discipleship.
6. To be God-loved ministers and ideal for his society
7. To become good parents who nurture and teach their kids in accordance with the the Bible.
Notice for parents and trainees
In Life to Life Training Center, the trainees will eagerly study the word of God and they will also join educational school. They have to participate in every activity as they're staying in the church. Because the church is located off amid of unbelievers they will be sent to preach, teach and lead in evangelical fields.They will act practical life as accepting the words of God. The trainers have responsibility to instruct and care for the daily lives of trainees. From parents of trainees and others, fund or any money is not begged; in order to prevent from misthought the way some youths(trainees) may guess the 'training is holding because of having money, sponsor etc'. By faith only we do (Your benevolently offer may be received, however). We'd rather intend to build a warm and friendly relationship between the trainers and trainees(youths) as a parental lovelihood and the witness from God be seen.

- Daily personal meditation with God
- Practical life & analysis in the Word of God
- Recitation of scripture
- To serve each other
- Group admonishment ( through the Bible)
- Single admonishment (through the Bible)
- Governmental education is a secondary preference
- Teaching music
- Initiation to have skilled in literature
- Interchangeably sharing
- Deeply approaching to the feelings of youths and fulfill them as it should be furnished.
- Attending to Bible study(short-term) as necessary
- Support youth's interests as much as possible
- Recitation of scripture subsequently every night
- Parents' approval of sending for training must be included
- Church's approval
- Ward or village's approval of sending to Life to Life Center
- A guranteer will submit
- Must stay at least 3 years
- Calling out is not allowed during teaching
- Whether his parents to call back or the trainees not interested, a guranteer(former who submitted) can call him/her back.
- Their sickness will be cared and cured except serious sickness (hospital, clinic etc). Parents are in charge of serious illness.
- Parents can contact, visit & sojourn in training center any time.
- Not allowed to give money directly to kids(trainees)and not allowed them to manage money.
- Note: For the cost of an academic year(government education) 30000 kyats must be paid from parents. Every parent & kid(trainee) must agree and obey the above principles.
